Using Google Drive as a Backup Solution

So Google Drive combines your Gmail storage and your Drive storage.  Why is that AWESOME?!?

I have been trying for a while to convince my 500+ students and 60+ teachers that Google Drive is the saving grace to backup frustrations.  Maybe now I will get some buy in.  Not because I made a video, but because I reached a tipping point in trickling buy in, so now it is ON!

My Google Drive storage is 30GB combined.  That is more than enough to make a complete backup of my working files.  I have a little bit of everything to backup:  docs, videos, presentations, images and all kinds of formats.  As long as I store them in my Google Drive folder on my computer, they automatically backup to my Google Drive online account.

It seems so simple, that it is ridiculous to have to make a video on how to do it.  Hey, I thought this way for 2 years and got very little to no traction, so here's the Getting Started video.
