IFTTT - A PLN Dream Come True?

This is a test of IFTTT: If This Then That, http://ifttt.com creates recipes that will perform actions based on a trigger.  So, my trigger here is a blog post and the action I created was a tweet.  I also created another recipe for posting to my Google+ after I post to my blog using a somewhat complicated set of steps from http://goo.gl/ZtZ3O.  Turns out Blogger is connected to Google+ now so I may be double posting.

If this works, much of the headache of copying posts in each and every social network hoping to reach your audience may be a thing of the past!

Let's see what happens!

Now, the Twitter recipe worked.  For some reason the Google+ rule is not working from Blogger or from IFTTT..

This will work, and I will be happy about it...
