Applying for Google Teacher Academy

The Google Teacher Academy or GTA is probably one of the most popular teacher professional development opportunities globally. Google hosts a certification program for teachers, several times a year at different locations around the world. Thousands of teachers submit applications and only 50 or so will be the chosen few for that particular event.

The application is lengthy, asking about professional experience, proficiency with Google Apps and the focal point is the video. You have to create a 1 minute video on the topics provided. This was one of the most challenging things to come up with! I like my video though, so I thought I would share it in the spirit of YouTube and putting yourself out there!
